【摘要】 目的 采用流行病学描述性分析方法系统研究了广西2004～2007 年学校突发公共卫生事件的基本特征,分析报告信息基本情况,提出改进措施。方法 对2004～2007 年广西学校突发事件及相关信息进行分析。结果 2004～2007 年广西学校突发公共卫生事件共报告365 起,发病18 174例,无死亡,波及人数877 361人,以传染病疫情和食物中毒为主,分别占85. 21 %和7. 67 %;12 个月均有事件报告,3～5 月是高发季节,12 月为一个高峰。结论 2004～2007 年广西学校突发公共卫生事件起数和发病人数呈逐年上升趋势,事件主要发生在乡村中、小学生,学校是广西突发公共卫生事件的重点。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the basic characteristics of the public health emergency of schools in
Guangxi from 2004 to 2007 , and to put forward strategies for it . Methods The public health emergen2
cy at schools in Guangxi from 2004 to 2007 and related information were analysed using descriptive epi2
demiology method. Results 365 emergent public health events were reported from 2004 to 2007 , in2
volving 877 361 people , and 18 174 people came down with diseases but none of them were reported
dead. Infectious disease outbreaks and food poisoning events were the main composition of emergent pub2
lic health events , which respectively accounted for 85. 21 % and 7. 67 %. Emergent public health events
were reported every month , but more events occurred from March to May , and December was the peak.
Conclusions Emergent public health events were on the rise year by year from 2004 to 2007. The
events mainly occurred in primary and middle schools in the countryside , which should be the focus of
the public health emergency in Guangxi.
