摘要:目的 探讨当前突发公共卫生事件应急管理对策,加强突发公共卫生应急体系建设,提高应急管理能力。方法 系统收集近年来安庆市突发公共卫生事件资料,对全市应急管理工作进展情况和现状进行综合分析和评价。结果 安庆市突发公共卫生事件应急机制初步建立,及时有效地对突发公共卫生事件进行了处置,但仍存在一定的问题和诸多困难。结论 在政府主导下,形成多部门协作、全社会参与的工作格局,是应急管理工作的有效对策。

Abstract :Objective To discuss the countermeasure of the emergency manage about public health emergency in Anqing City , to strengthen the
system of public health emergency , to improve the capability of emergency manage. Methods To synthesis analysis and evaluate the situation
of emergency manage about public health emergency through systems collecting the datum of public health emergency in recent years. Results
Since the efforts of recent years , our city had set up primary public health emergency handling , and had been working efficiently. But our
health emergency handling had many problems and difficulties. Conclusion The Countermeasure in effect of Emergency Manage is the work
pattern under the government leading , departments cooperating , whole community participating in.
